Currumbin Running Group

The Currumbin Running Group has been meeting since early 2008 and grown into a very friendly and social running community.

We meet every Monday and Friday mornings at 5.30am and pound the pavement through a mixture of flat parkland paths, up and down some of the local hills and famous Currumbin stairs, and every now and then make our way onto the soft sands of Currumbin Beach.  Runners of all ability levels are encouraged to come along, with plenty of breaks and opportunities for drinks along the way.

Some of the events that we have trained for include a variety of events at the Gold Coast Marathon Festival, Bridge to Brisbane, City to Surf, Great Ocean Road Marathon, Mooloolaba Half Marathon and the South West Rocks Marathon.

Attendence: 20 – 35 Runners so far

What’s the cost?

$5 per session or
$30 per month

Monthly payments can be made in cash during the first session of each month.  Alternatively, you may choose to set up an online transfer from your bank account on the first day of each month.
